  • 14-day windowEU customers can submit a withdrawal request for eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason.
  • Return shipping costFor a standard EU withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. We do not provide prepaid return labels by default.
  • Product condition requiredSkincare, makeup, sunscreen, and personal care products must be returned unused and with the original product hygiene seal intact.
  • Opened or unsealed productsOpened or unsealed hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for normal EU withdrawal unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
