Which formula of a new launch will I get?
The one in the pack we send from Seoul. That matters most with sunscreen, because the UV filters a brand may use differ from country to country, so one name can cover different formulas. Every sunscreen here shows its SPF, and its PA rating where the pack prints one, exactly as on the pack you receive.
If a product has been renewed, which version will I get?
The current one. When a brand updates a formula or its packaging, KBeauty Shop sells the edition the brand makes now, and its product page describes that pack. If you loved the old version, check the new ingredient list before you reorder, since a renewal can change the texture or the ingredients.
How do I add a new launch to my routine?
Let it take the place of the product it replaces rather than stacking it on top: a new toner stands in for your toner, a new cream for your cream, and a new serum goes after toner and before moisturizer. Change nothing else for a few weeks, so you can see what the newcomer does for your skin. Anything with retinol or an exfoliating acid belongs to the evening, a few nights a week at first, with sunscreen every morning.
