After cleansing, spread a moderate amount of skincare over your face or body, on the skin rather than on the device.

Press the curved point-zone head firmly on the spots under both ears to start.

Choose a mode, press the power button briefly to pick the wide-zone or point-zone head, and set the intensity for your skin, starting at level 1 the first time.

- Stop if facial redness, itching or inflamed breakouts keep appearing; if your skin feels irritated, use it less often.
- While it is on, do not stare directly at the LED light or let it touch other beauty devices or electronics.
