As soon as your order leaves Seoul, we email you its tracking details. Delivery times and where we ship are all in our shipping policy.
Something not quite right?
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us as soon as you can with your order number and a few photos. Our refund policy explains exactly what to send and what happens next.
