RETURNS

We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned, and we’re here to assist you in resolving any issues you might encounter. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, here’s our straightforward process to make things right:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect, provided that the discrepancy is not due to updates or changes in packaging or ingredients made by the manufacturer.
  • Skincare products are eligible for return only if they are in their original packaging, have not been used, and all safety seals are unbroken and intact.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at wecare@kbeauty.shop if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  2. Follow the instructions provided for returning your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we aim to guarantee the safety and top quality of our products for all our valued customers.

SHIPPING COSTS

We aim to keep our products affordable and to maintain this affordability, we ask customers to cover the shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable. If you’ve opted for Shipping Protection, your items are insured for damages, loss, and theft during transit, however, Shipping Protection does not cover the costs of return shipping. For returns, especially those valued over the following amounts, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing additional insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item:

  • $100 USD for United States customers.
  • $135 CAD for Canadian customers.
  • £80 GBP for customers in the United Kingdom.
  • €100 EUR for customers in Eurozone countries.
  • $150 AUD for Australian customers.
  • AED 370 for customers in the United Arab Emirates.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes or duties incurred as part of your purchase are non-refundable through KBeauty, as they are paid directly to your local customs office. For assistance with these refunds, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and service. Should you notice any discrepancies with your order, such as damaged or defective items, please contact us right away. We are here to swiftly address and resolve any issues you encounter.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Products with updated packaging or ingredients, even if the received product differs from the images or descriptions on our website, are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, and if approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method swiftly. We value your patience as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at wecare@kbeauty.shop.
