Biotin
Biotin, also called vitamin B7, a water-soluble B vitamin.

- Used mostly in scalp treatments, shampoos and hair ampoules to condition the scalp and hair, and in smaller amounts in serums, eye creams and sunscreens.
- How often
- Daily in much of the skincare and scalp care, or with each hair wash; retinoid eye cream, scalp shots, masks, sun care, lip balm and makeup have their own timing.
