Biotin

Biotin, also called vitamin B7, a water-soluble B vitamin.

What it does
Used mostly in scalp treatments, shampoos and hair ampoules to condition the scalp and hair, and in smaller amounts in serums, eye creams and sunscreens.
How often
Daily in much of the skincare and scalp care, or with each hair wash; retinoid eye cream, scalp shots, masks, sun care, lip balm and makeup have their own timing.
