About the information on this site

We want you to shop with confidence, so here is where our product information comes from, how it is written and what to keep in mind.

Where our information comes from

Everything we tell you about a product starts with the brand: its official website, its packaging and its published ingredient list. We sell the Korean formulas, so we read the brand’s Korean pages as well as its English ones.

How our descriptions are written

We use AI to write our product summaries and descriptions from those official sources. AI can make mistakes, so if a detail matters to you, like an ingredient you avoid, check the packaging. And if anything here looks wrong, email us at wecare@kbeauty.shop and we’ll put it right.

Labels and ingredients

Labels such as vegan, cruelty-free and fragrance-free are the brand’s own claims about its product, not a certification by us.

The ingredient list on the packaging you receive is the final word. Brands update their formulas from time to time, so it can differ from the list on our page.

Advice, not medical advice

Our routine and pairing tips are general guidance to help you build a routine you love, not medical advice. Everyone’s skin is different, so a patch test before first use is always a good idea.

If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, ask your doctor before trying something new. We never describe a product as suitable during pregnancy.

Things change

Brands refresh their products and packaging, sometimes before the news reaches us. If you spot a difference, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Reviews come from verified buyers through an independent review service, and prices and stock are always live.
