Canola oil

The oil of canola, a rapeseed bred in Canada, used as a light, fluid plant oil.

What it does: Used in ceramide creams, softeners, cleansing oils and ampoules to soften dry skin and help it hold on to moisture.
How often: Morning and evening in routine skincare, with cleansing oil in the evening and the peeling cleanser once a day. Sheet masks are used two or three times a week, and the multi-balm can be reapplied whenever skin feels dry.
