Shopping with us
Why shop with KBeauty Shop?
Everything for your Korean skincare routine is here in one place, from cleansers and serums to sunscreens, sheet masks and makeup, and every product is 100% authentic, sourced directly from Seoul. Your order is dispatched within 48 hours, with tracking from Seoul to your door.
Choosing is easy too. Every product page tells you in plain words what the product does, how to use it and what’s inside, and our skin quiz and routine builder help you put together a routine that suits your skin.
Are your Korean skincare products authentic?
Yes, always. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from Seoul, Korea. Each order ships from Seoul, where it’s checked and packed by hand before it leaves.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account is handy if you’d like to see your past orders and save your addresses for next time, and paying with Shop Pay speeds up checkout with no account needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, or with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, all through our secure checkout. The options you see at checkout depend on your country.
What if a product is sold out?
A product marked sold out can’t be ordered at the moment. Very occasionally, two people buy the last one at the same time. If that happens and we can’t send something you’ve paid for, we’ll email you first, then either refund it in full or help you choose a replacement of the same value.
Finding your routine
How do I build a Korean skincare routine?
Our skin quiz is the easiest place to start: share a little about your skin and it puts together a complete morning and evening routine for you, with no email needed.
Prefer to choose every step yourself? The routine builder lets you pick how many steps you want, swap any product and see your morning and evening routines together. When you’re happy, add the whole routine to your cart in one go.
In what order should I apply my skincare?
Korean skincare goes on in layers, from the lightest step to the richest: cleanser first, then toner, essence and serum, then moisturizer, and sunscreen as your last step every morning. In the evening, start with a double cleanse: an oil cleanser to lift away sunscreen and makeup, followed by your usual cleanser.
Our skincare guide explains what each step does and why it’s there, and the routine builder puts your products in the right order for you.
Which products suit my skin type?
Product pages show which skin types the brand recommends each product for, and you can filter by skin type as you browse. For a whole routine matched to your skin, take our skin quiz: it asks how your skin feels and what you’d like your routine to work on, then picks every step for you.
Can I use Korean skincare while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please check with your doctor or pharmacist first, as they’re best placed to say what suits you at this time. Our skin quiz can help too: tell it you’re pregnant or breastfeeding and it leaves out retinoids, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and arbutin, which are commonly avoided during pregnancy.
What if I have a reaction to a product?
Everyone’s skin is different, so we always suggest a patch test before using something new: put a little on clean skin, on your inner forearm or behind your ear, and wait 24 hours. If your skin reacts, stop using the product straight away, and see a doctor or pharmacist if the irritation is severe.
If your skin reacts easily, tell our skin quiz and it will keep retinoids, leave-on acids and high-strength vitamin C out of your routine. Reactions aren’t covered by our refund policy, but we’re always happy to help you rethink your routine: just email us.
Where does your product information come from?
We write every product page ourselves from the brand’s own information: its official product page, its packaging and the ingredient list it publishes. Brands sometimes update their formulas, so the ingredient list on the pack you receive always has the final word. Our How we know page explains it all, including what each label on a product page means.
Delivery and tracking
Where do you ship?
We ship from Seoul to countries across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, including the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Every country in the country menu on our site is one we deliver to, and our shipping policy has the full list.
How long does shipping from Korea take?
Every order is packed in Seoul and dispatched within 48 hours. From there, delivery usually takes 3 to 14 business days, depending on your country and the shipping option you choose.
You’ll find the delivery times and prices for your country at the top of our shipping policy. Korean public holidays such as Seollal and Chuseok can add a few days.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Not on US orders: all import duties, tariffs, taxes and customs fees are included in the shipping price, so there’s nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
Elsewhere, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes, depending on your order’s value and your country’s rules. These are set by your country rather than by us and aren’t included in our prices or shipping fees. Our shipping policy explains what to expect in each country.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking details arrive by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can check on it any time on our Track your order page: just enter your tracking number, or your order number and email. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours to show, and the same page explains each tracking status and what to do if your parcel seems stuck.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’ll do our best, as long as it hasn’t been packed yet. Orders leave within 48 hours, so email us at wecare@kbeauty.shop with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order has been packed or is on its way, we can’t change or cancel it.
My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find my parcel. What should I do?
First, check around your door and any parcel room, locker or reception, ask neighbors or anyone at home, and look for a delivery note. If it was marked delivered today, give it one more business day, as a delivered scan sometimes appears early.
Still no parcel? Ask the carrier for a delivery trace, then email us at wecare@kbeauty.shop with your order number and the carrier’s reference, and we’ll help from there. Carriers treat a delivered scan as proof of delivery, so we usually can’t refund or resend a parcel that goes missing after that, but we’ll always review your case. Our shipping policy has the details.
Returns and help
What is your return policy?
Because we handle skincare with strict hygiene standards, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or faulty, or that aren’t what you ordered. They need to be unused, with their seals intact and in their original packaging. We can’t take returns for a change of mind, or because a product didn’t suit you or wasn’t quite what you hoped for. Our refund policy has every detail, including return shipping and how refunds are paid.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
We’re sorry about that. Email us at wecare@kbeauty.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the product’s name, a short note on what’s wrong and clear photos of the product, its packaging and the shipping label. We’ll reply with what happens next, and please don’t send anything back before we’ve approved it. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and our refund policy explains each step.
How can I contact KBeauty Shop?
Just email us at wecare@kbeauty.shop with anything on your mind, from an order to a product or your routine, and we’ll reply as soon as we can. Adding your order number helps us find an order straight away. Our Contact page has quick help with orders, returns and routines too.
