Kombucha

Kombucha, sweetened black tea fermented by a culture of yeast and bacteria, used as a skincare ferment.

What it does: Used in essences, creams, eye patches and sunscreens as a conditioning ferment, marketed for smooth, revitalized-looking skin.
How often: Morning and evening in everyday skincare; the PHA serum is used up to three times a week. Cleansing oil is an evening step, with eye patches as needed, weekly masks and morning sun care.
