Garlic, as an extract of the bulb.

What it does: Used in spot creams, spot patches and gel creams made for blemish-prone skin, and in a few everyday moisturizers as a conditioning extract.
How often: Morning and evening in the creams, starting the spicule spot cream on a few evenings a week. Use the patches as needed for eight to twelve hours.
