SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At KBeauty, we are committed to offering the finest products. To uphold our promise of quality, we source our products directly from South Korea and ship them straight to your doorstep. We currently serve the following destinations: USA (except for Hawaii), Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, and the UAE.

Our dedicated team processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We typically ensure that orders are packed, processed, and sent off within 0-3 business days. After dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Kindly wait up to 48 hours for the tracking details to reflect the latest status.

Incorrect Address Entries:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the items are returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund the cost of the items. However, we will not refund the original shipping charges. Please double-check your address during the checkout process to avoid any potential issues. If you realize an error post-purchase, reach out to us immediately at wecare@kbeauty.shop so we can attempt to rectify the situation before dispatch.

Delivery Confirmation:

At KBeauty, we rely on the shipping company's tracking system to confirm whether a package has been delivered to the recipient's address.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we will treat the package as having been successfully delivered.

In such cases, KBeauty will not be responsible for reimbursing or reshipping the items.

Before reaching out to us about missing packages, we strongly recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, family members, or other household members.
  • Inspecting all potential delivery spots around your residence.
  • Examining parcel lockers or any dedicated package receiving areas.
  • Looking for a key or notice in your mailbox which might indicate the package is in a larger mailbox compartment or held at a local delivery point.

For added assurance against potential shipping mishaps, consider opting for our Shipping Protection service.

  1. Package Delivery Confirmation: We at KBeauty understand the importance of receiving your orders safely and promptly. When a package is marked as delivered by our shipping partners, it signifies that the delivery responsibility has successfully shifted from our hands to yours.

Support for Missing or Unreceived Packages: In the rare event you don't receive your package despite it being marked as delivered, we encourage you to first consult with your local shipping company or property management. Often, they can provide immediate assistance and information regarding the whereabouts of your package.
  3. Commitment to Fairness: We are committed to fairness and transparency in all our customer interactions. As part of this commitment, we diligently review all reports of undelivered packages. We aim to support our genuine customers while also safeguarding our business against the unlikely event of fraudulent claims.
  4. Opting for Shipping Protection: For added security and peace of mind, we offer a Shipping Protection service. This optional service provides additional coverage for your order against potential transit issues. We highly recommend considering this option for an added layer of protection.

Impact of Holidays on Delivery:

At KBeauty, our commitment to promptly delivering your orders is paramount. However, it's essential to note the potential impacts of holidays on our shipping timeline. Since all our products are shipped directly from South Korea, both Korean national holidays and the holidays in your receiving country can influence the delivery process.

  1. South Korean Holidays: South Korea observes several national holidays throughout the year. During these days, our dispatch operations might be affected, potentially leading to a delay in shipping out your orders. Some of the significant holidays in South Korea include Lunar New Year (Seollal), Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), Independence Movement Day, and others. It's advisable to keep these holidays in mind when placing orders, especially if they're time-sensitive.
  2. Receiving Country Holidays: Likewise, holidays in your receiving country can affect the local handling and delivery of your packages. National holidays might cause delays with local postal services and customs clearances.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend checking the list of holidays in both South Korea and your country before placing an order. If your package seems delayed, it could be due to a holiday in either the dispatching or receiving country. IMPORT DUTIES

The recipient, as the importer of record, must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country. Shipments originating from South Korea might incur additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Such costs are levied upon the shipment's arrival in the recipient's country.

Customs Information by Country:

  • USA: There are no taxes for orders up to $800.
  • UK: Limit is up to £130 before potential taxes.
  • Canada:
    • Customs don't charge for orders up to CAD 20.
    • Many customers report no customs charges for orders around CAD 100 when using regular mail.

Please note: These are general guidelines and might change based on local customs regulations.

Any charges arising from customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; KBeauty neither predicts nor controls these charges. As customs policies can vary significantly, we recommend you contact your local customs office for further details. Note that customs clearance procedures might occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our original estimates.

All import duties or taxes levied in the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to tax issues.

SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Shipping Protection service. This service is not automatically included in every order; it's available for those who want extra assurance against potential shipping mishaps. Here's how it works:

Coverage:

We safeguard your order against transit damages, loss before delivery, and theft reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. The maximum coverage amounts per order based on currency are as follows:

  • $200 USD for United States customers.
  • $250 CAD for Canadian customers.
  • £150 GBP for customers in the United Kingdom.
  • €200 EUR for customers in Eurozone countries.
  • $300 AUD for Australian customers.
  • AED 700 for customers in the United Arab Emirates.

Any order value exceeding the above amounts will not be covered beyond the respective currency limit.

Confirmed Delivery:

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, first check areas around your home, parcel lockers, or ask household members or neighbors.

  • Standard Shipping: If still missing, report within 28 days (14 days shipping + 3 days handling + 11 days grace) from the order date.
  • Express Shipping: Report within 15 days (5 days shipping + 3 days handling + 7 days grace) from the order date.

In cases where the shipping company officially marks a package as lost, our Shipping Protection will cover you. This ensures that if your order doesn't reach you due to mishaps during transit, you're protected.

Theft Reports:

To safeguard against theft, our policy requires immediate action. If you believe your package has been stolen:

  • Report the theft to us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping company.
  • Present any available evidence or documentation of the theft. In certain cases, such as when there's photo evidence confirming that the package was delivered, we might require that a police report be filed online.
  • If a police report is filed, please share the case number with us. This is an essential part of your claim process.

Terms for Theft Claims: We take theft claims very seriously. To prevent abuse of this policy:

  • We thoroughly investigate each claim to confirm its validity.
  • Claims lacking timely reporting or sufficient evidence may not be eligible for coverage.
  • Multiple theft claims from the same customer may be subject to additional scrutiny.

Damage:

Provide clear photos of damaged items and packaging within 48 hours of receipt.

Exclusions:

  • Carrier or customs-induced delays.
  • Shipments to forwarding services, PO boxes, or similar are not covered once they reach their initial destination.
  • Shipments with an incorrect address provided.
  • Each customer can make up to two shipping protection claims within a 12-month period.

Claim Process:

Contact our customer service with your order number and issue details and provide necessary evidence, such as photographs. Claims are processed within 2-5 business days.

Resolution:

We may refund your order or send a replacement, based on stock availability and circumstances.

Terms:

Choosing Shipping Protection at checkout indicates agreement with this policy.

Modification:

KBeauty may revise this Shipping Protection Policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Check periodically for updates.
