SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship authentic Korean skincare directly from South Korea using tracked services to the countries listed below.
United States customers
All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). KBeauty.shop pays all US import duties and tariffs, so you will not be charged extra import duties or tariffs when your parcel is delivered.
1. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
1.1 Order processing
- Orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days after payment.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday in South Korea, excluding Korean public holidays.
- You receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
1.2 Approximate delivery time
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but as a guide:
- Standard shipping: usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather, strikes, or local carrier delays can extend delivery times.

We do not ship to destinations outside this list.
3. DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
All orders ship from South Korea. Import rules are set by your local customs authority. Product prices and shipping fees on KBeauty.shop do not include any import duties, VAT, GST, or customs handling fees, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Below are simple reference points for our main markets.
3.1 United States
- All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
- KBeauty.shop pays all US import duties and tariffs on your behalf.
- You will not be charged additional US import duties or tariffs when your order is delivered.
Local sales tax may still apply where required by law and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
3.2 United Kingdom
- Under current rules, most personal orders up to £135 are not charged additional customs duty.
- Orders above £135 may be subject to import duties and local taxes set by UK authorities.
3.3 Australia
- Under current rules, most parcels valued at up to A$1,000 are not charged additional customs duty at import.
- Orders above A$1,000 may be subject to import duties and local taxes set by Australian authorities.
3.4 New Zealand
- Under current rules, most parcels valued at up to NZ$1,000 are not charged additional customs duty at import.
- Orders above NZ$1,000 may be subject to import duties and local taxes set by New Zealand authorities.
3.5 Other supported countries
For Canada, EU countries, Switzerland, Iceland, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey:
- Local customs may charge import duties, VAT or GST, and clearance or brokerage fees based on your order value and local rules.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are paid by you to the carrier or customs if they apply.
Customs regulations can change over time. If you need precise, current thresholds or rates, please check your local customs website before ordering.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
4.1 Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel could not be delivered or collected:
- We will refund the product value only once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
- The original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Any return shipping, customs, or handling fees charged back to KBeauty.shop will be deducted from your refund.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, email wecare@kbeauty.shop as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packed, we will try to update the address, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4.2 Refused parcels and unpaid duties
If you refuse delivery or do not pay required import duties, taxes, or carrier fees:
- The parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by customs.
- If it is returned in sellable condition, we will refund the product value only, minus:
- the original shipping cost, and
- any return shipping, customs, or handling fees charged to us.
- If the parcel is not returned, or arrives damaged or unsellable, no refund is possible.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds solely because import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees were charged by your local authorities.
5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND LOST PARCELS
5.1 Delivered but not received
We rely on the carrier’s tracking information as proof of delivery.
If tracking shows your parcel as Delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check with household members, neighbours, building staff, and any parcel lockers or reception desks.
- Look for delivery slips, locker codes, or collection notices.
- Confirm that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact the carrier for a delivery trace, then email wecare@kbeauty.shop with your order number and the tracking details.
Because carriers treat a Delivered scan as final confirmation, we are generally not able to refund or reship orders that are marked as delivered and then lost or stolen after delivery. Any exception to this is at our discretion.
5.2 Stalled or lost in transit
If your tracking shows no movement for:
- 14 calendar days for Standard shipping, or
- 7 calendar days for Express shipping,
please email wecare@kbeauty.shop with your order number and tracking link.
We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will either:
- refund your order, or
- send a replacement shipment,
at our discretion.
Delivery issues must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date shown on your dispatch email.
6. HOLIDAYS AND CARRIERS
6.1 Holiday impact
Processing and delivery times may be longer during:
- Korean national holidays, such as Seollal and Chuseok
- Public holidays and peak shopping periods in the destination country
These delays are outside our control, so delivery estimates are not guaranteed during these periods.

6.2 Delivery partners
We work with international logistics providers and trusted national carriers. In many countries, final delivery is completed by the local postal service, for example:
- USA: ACI Express -> USPS
- Canada: Canada Post
- Australia: Australia Post
- UK: Royal Mail
- Germany: Deutsche Post
- France: La Poste
Your tracking email will always show the active carrier handling your parcel.
