SHIPPING & DELIVERY
U.S. CUSTOMERS: WE COVER ALL DUTIES & TARIFFS!
KBeauty Shop handles all U.S. import duties and tariffs for you. The price at checkout is your final price – no surprise fees at delivery, no customs bills, no extra charges. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we prepay everything on your behalf.
Simple promise: You never pay U.S. tariffs or duties. We've got you covered.
WHERE WE SHIP
At KBeauty Shop, we source directly from South Korea and ship straight to your doorstep. We currently serve the USA (except Hawaii), Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, and the UAE.
Orders are packed and dispatched Monday–Friday (ex‑holidays), typically within 0–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details—please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update.
Incorrect Address Entries
If an incorrect address results in a return‑to‑sender, we’ll refund the product cost but not the original shipping fee. Double‑check your address at checkout, or email wecare@kbeauty.shop immediately if you spot an error.
Delivery Confirmation & Lost‑Package Claims
Carrier tracking is our final proof of delivery.
- Marked Delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, we will consider the order fulfilled and cannot offer refunds or reshipments. Before contacting us, please:
- Check with neighbours, household members, parcel lockers, and common drop‑off spots.
- Look for notices or keys indicating alternate pickup.
- In‑Transit Delays: If tracking shows no movement for 14 calendar days (Standard) or 7 calendar days (Express), email us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Holiday Impact
Both Korean national holidays (e.g., Seollal, Chuseok) and recipient‑country holidays can extend delivery times. Plan time‑sensitive orders accordingly.
Import Duties & Taxes
The recipient (importer of record) must comply with local regulations. Duties vary by destination and are not set by KBeauty Shop. Any duties levied are payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated below.
Customs Guidelines by Country
- USA:
- Until Aug 28 2025: Orders ≤ $800 arrive duty‑free.
- From Aug 29 2025: KBeauty Shop pre‑pays the 15 % tariff, so you still pay nothing on delivery.
- UK: No import VAT for orders ≤ £130; above that, local charges may apply.
- Canada: No duties for orders ≤ CAD 20. Many customers report no duties on orders around CAD 100 sent via regular mail.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the original shipping fee and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Customs policies may change; contact your local customs office for current details. Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery beyond our estimates. KBeauty Shop cannot accept returns or offer refunds solely because of taxes or duties charged by the destination country.
