What it does
Used in cooling sheet masks, pads, gels and calming creams for a chill as you apply; the cool is a sensation rather than a drop in skin temperature.
How often
Daily in most cooling skincare and some scalp care; masks are occasional, shampoo goes with washing, and stronger hair ampoules and sun care have separate schedules.
